Vibhu Dewan is a seasoned HR Professional with 23 years of experience, complemented by 3 years as a Leadership Coach and 6 years as a Facilitator. His insatiable curiosity and passion for learning have led him to explore diverse industries, including Research, Pharma & Healthcare, BFSI, FMCG, GCC, and Manufacturing, spanning across India and 14 Asian countries.

Throughout his corporate tenure, Vibhu has made significant contributions in setting up, turning around, transforming, and driving rapid growth in esteemed organizations such as Nielsen, Abbott Labs, Piramal Pharma, ICICI Prudential, and HUL. His expertise lies in coaching, developing, culture building, facilitating change, crisis management, and conflict resolution, with a particular focus on Organization Development, HR Strategy, Performance, Talent, and Reward management (incl LTIP).

Vibhu takes immense pride in transforming individuals and groups into high-performing teams. He is deeply inspired by the visionary APJ Abdul Kalam and is committed to a lifelong pursuit of learning and growth. In 2023, Vibhu founded ‘HR Infinitee’, a testament to his belief in economic symbiosis, where collective success is paramount. The organization’s mission is to empower leaders and organizations to succeed in the marketplace by enhancing their credibility, thereby increasing employability and confidence among clientele, leading to economic growth.

I am happily married with two great teenagers and feel blessed for my time with family and friends. I enjoy volunteering in the community through our high school booster club, Boy Scouts, and our church. In the summer, you can find me relaxing at our cottage in Michigan, at a rooftop bar in Chicago, or reading a book on our porch.

In the winter, I enjoy skiing with my family, Ajani happy hours in the Loop, and trying the latest restaurants with my neighbors and friends.
